Our Mission

To empower marginalized communities in Uganda by providing vital services that promote health, education, and economic independence, creating lasting positive change in the lives of vulnerable youth and children.

Our Vision

A Uganda where every child and youth has access to quality healthcare, education, and opportunities for a dignified and self-sufficient future, free from poverty and marginalization.

Who We Are

Vijana Na Children Foundation (VINACEF) Uganda is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized youth and underserved communities across Uganda. Founded in 2012, we have grown into a trusted community partner, reaching thousands of vulnerable children and families.

Our holistic approach integrates health services, educational support, economic empowerment, and climate resilience programs to address the complex challenges faced by those we serve. We believe in community-led solutions and work closely with local leaders to ensure our programs are relevant, sustainable, and impactful.

With a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers, VINACEF continues to break cycles of poverty and create pathways to hope and opportunity for Uganda's most vulnerable populations.
